THE ETCH SPARKLING BACKSTORY

ETCH Sparkling is a proudly Australian-owned, family-run business founded by husband and wife team Jason and Andy Quin on beautiful Bunurong Land on Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula.

After more than 20 years working in the wine industry across Australasia and Europe, Jason made the decision to stop drinking after recognising alcohol had become his way of coping with daily stress.

As Jason and Andy began navigating an alcohol-free lifestyle, they noticed there were very few sophisticated options available that weren’t loaded with sugar or artificial ingredients - so they decided to create a range of drinks they wished existed.

NATIVE AUSTRALIAN INGREDIENTS

After walking on Country with Aboriginal educator  Uncle Lionel Lauch  from Living Culture, Jason and Andy developed a deep appreciation for Australia’s native ingredients and their incredible flavour profiles.

Guided by a growing appreciation for native Australian ingredients and the longstanding knowledge and care of First Nations people, native fruits and herbs became central to the ETCH Sparkling range.

THE ETCH SPARKLING VISION

ETCH Sparkling brings together more than two decades of beverage industry experience to create sophisticated, sugar-free drinks crafted with native Australian fruits and herbs - supporting healthier choices and social inclusion.

THE ETCH SPARKLING DRINKS

ETCH challenges the idea that an adult drink needs to taste like alcohol to feel sophisticated.

Crafted with native Australian ingredients, ETCH delivers refreshing complexity, flavour, presence and a true taste of Australia.
