Jade King is a passionate fingerlime producer based on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, and serves as Chair of the Australian Native Fingerlime Alliance (ANFA). With a Bachelor of Science in Soil Science, a Master’s in Agriculture, and a Graduate Diploma in Education, Jade brings a deep academic foundation to her hands-on work in horticulture.

Jason Quin, co-founder of ETCH Sparkling, shares his journey from a successful wine career to six years of sobriety. After years of using alcohol to cope with stress, he reached a breaking point in 2018, which led him to seek help in rehabilitation.
Through support from peers and professionals, he realised that moderation wasn’t an option and embraced a new, healthier lifestyle. Inspired by his experience, Jason and his wife, Andy, founded ETCH Sparkling to provide a non-alcoholic drink option that promotes social inclusion.
Today, Jason enjoys improved mental and physical health and advocates for healthier drinking choices.
