We source our native Australian ingredients directly from small farmers and Indigenous-led businesses. The fruits we use, such as Fingerlime and Davidson Plum, have grown naturally in Australian soils for thousands of years. These ingredients often thrive without the need for irrigation or pesticides, making them both sustainable and deeply connected to the land. We believe in supporting communities and sustainable agriculture through these partnerships, allowing us to showcase the incredible flavour profiles of native ingredients.   1. Our Sweetener Choice: No Stevia or Erythritol

One of the most frequently asked questions we get is about the sweeteners in our drinks. There are absolutely no artificial sweeteners and we’ve made a deliberate decision to steer clear of the natural sweeteners - stevia and erythritol, as we feel they leave an aftertaste that doesn’t complement the refreshing, clean flavours we aim for. Instead, we’ve chosen to use monk fruit juice (which is in 2 of our 5 flavours.) Not only does it naturally sweeten our drinks without affecting blood sugar levels, but it's also a gentler option for those with sensitivities.

  1. Alcohol-free and suitable for all

One of the key differences with ETCH Sparkling is that our drinks don’t replicate the taste or smell of alcoholic drinks. Our beverages are designed to be enjoyed by people of all ages.  While the rise of alcohol-free drinks that replicate alcohol – eg alcohol free wines, ciders, beers and mocktails are a wonderful option for people who want the taste and smell of alcohol, we believe in creating an option for everyone to feel included, with refreshing drinks that offer something entirely unique.  We want to challenge the idea that you 'need' alcohol - (or something that tastes like alcohol) to have a good time.
