Tasting Notes:
Cloudy lime in the glass with a delicate foam mousse when first poured which transitions to scattered bubbles, moderate size and generous in number.
The nose is reminiscent of homemade lemonade with a Finger Lime and Lemon Myrtle twist.
The palate is dry and Lemon Myrtle is more prominent on the palate than the nose, giving a sherbet like energy on the palate. Hints of finger lime on the mid palate with Lemon Myrtle as the flavour that tapers on the finish.
